TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of digital books and other digital content sold by Stratum 33 inc we through Whop and any related website, product page, or checkout.

By completing a purchase, creating an account, or checking the box that you accept these Terms at checkout, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return and Refund Policy. Your purchase is also subject to Whop’s terms.

If you do not agree, do not buy or use our products.

1. Who we are

The legal name, address, and contact details in these Terms must match the information used for Whop verification.

2. What we sell

We sell digital books and other downloadable or members-only content (for example PDF, EPUB, or another format stated on the product page).

Each product page states:

the title and what the book is about

the format

what you receive after payment

where you open or download it (Whop members area, file download, or another method we name)

We do not offer “lifetime access.” Access is exactly what the offer says: a one-time purchase of the file, or the access period shown on the product.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country, and legally able to enter a contract. We do not sell to minors.

4. Account and access

Access is delivered to the Whop account or email used at checkout. You are responsible for your login and for not sharing your account.

The content is for your personal use. You may not resell it, rent it, sublicense it, post it online, or give other people access.

5. License (you are not buying the copyright)

When you pay, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to read and use the book on your own devices.

You do not acquire intellectual property rights. All copyrights, trademarks, and content remain owned by Stratum 33 inc or its licensors.

You may not:

copy the book to sell or give away

extract the text to train AI models or to republish it

remove watermarks, DRM, or copyright notices

claim that you are the author

We only sell works we authored or are licensed to sell. We do not sell pirated copies or third-party material without authorization.

6. Orders, prices, and payment

Prices are those shown at Whop checkout, in the stated currency, plus taxes if they apply.

Payment is processed by Whop. By paying, you authorize the charge shown at checkout.

The order is confirmed only when payment succeeds. We do not deliver before that.

7. Delivery

These products are digital. There is no physical shipment.

After payment, access or download is available in your Whop account or by the method described on the product page. If you cannot see the file, email stratum33inc@gmail.com from the address you used to buy.

8. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. That policy controls if it conflicts with this section.

You must request a refund through the channel and within the time window in that policy. An approved refund may revoke access to the book.

9. Product descriptions

We take reasonable care to keep titles, formats, and descriptions accurate. Unless a product page says otherwise, the content is for reading and information. It is not professional legal, financial, medical, or other advice.

10. Prohibited conduct

You may not use our products or pages for:

copyright infringement or pirated distribution

fraud, abusive chargebacks, or someone else’s payment details

harassment, hate, or illegal content

bypassing payment, access limits, or security measures

We may cancel access if you breach these Terms, without limiting other remedies.

11. Availability

Access depends on Whop and on your internet connection. We may fix errors, update a file, or replace a download link if there is a technical issue. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stratum 33 inc is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, lost data, or use of the content outside these Terms.

Our total liability for a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Changes apply to later purchases. Completed purchases stay on the version you accepted at checkout, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, without affecting consumer rights that cannot be waived in your country.
